Tomorrow, Friday March 4 at Noon EST, we have our f r e e  Friday livestream series BACKSTAGE, with exciting special guests from Sanctuary and Refuge Projects. This instalment features exceptional Tibetan-Canadian Amchok Gompo with live music and conversation. Amchok is a Tibetan Canadian artist who has performed internationally in over 37 countries. A singer/songwriter with traditional Tibetan instruments, his original performances are both inspiring and meditative. He has performed with Grammy-nominated artist Nawang Khechog and for the Dalai Lamas official visit to Canada. Much gratitude to Ontario Arts Council – Conseil des arts de l’Ontario for their support of this series! And coming up soon, episodes with Majd Sekkar (April 1) and Marc Meriläinen – NADJIWAN (April 8).

Yay! After two years of delays, it is finally happening this Saturday night! Feeling very grateful that our song Mi Santuario with Juan Carlos Medrano Magallanes from our Sanctuary album has moved up the ranks and been selected as a finalist by the 2021 International Songwriting Competition (ISC) listening committee. With over 21,000 entrants, less than 1% of all entrants have been selected as finalists.
