We have our next edition of BACKSTAGE this Friday, April 22 at noon featuring exceptional multi-instrumentalist Demetrios Petsalakis with live music and conversation.
Hailing from Athens Greece, Demetri performs in a variety of styles with a focus on Greek and Middle Eastern lutes. Influenced by the rich cultural diversity of Canada, Demetri incorporates musical elements from different traditions in order to create a contemporary sound that represents both his heritage and the community of which he is a part.

Then later on at 7:00 pm EST on April 22nd please join us for our Earth Day Virtual Benefit Concert hosted by 3x JUNO nominated/SiriusXM winners, Sultans of String in support of Environmental Defence’s work to protect Ontario’s environment. We’ll also be joined by inspiring local activists who are working hard to bring communities together to protect our farms, forests and wetlands.

The concert will include special guest appearances from Environmental Defence’s Executive Director Tim Gray, Indigenous Elder Dr. Duke Redbird, 2022 JUNO Award nominee Donne Roberts and Yukiko Tsutsui, Padideh Ahrarnejad, Saskia Tomkins, Juan Carlos Medrano and more! Stick around after the show for a Q&A with the band!
